Awww isnt he cute??? Chico and Dixie had a mini photo shoot today. I cant wait to start some Lo's with all the cool photos I took. Ive been taking alot of photos lately and havent scrapped any in forver. Maybe todays the day for some mini layouts. That would definately put me back on track to getting my stack done.

{ New Obsession }

Tofu and Soy products. I used to turn my nose up at food like this, but over the past few years Ive really come to enjoy it. One of my New years Resolutions has been to Treat My body better. No really weight loss, just choose healthier things for myself. So ive been eating less meat, and trying to structure my diet to be more health conscious. To my surprise Tofu burgers from the grocery store are much more tasty than they used to be. Ive got the whole family switched over to Vanilla Soy Milk too. Now all I need is to figure out how in the heck Im gonna get Josh and the boys to eat more veggies :)
